Tam is based at the Hierarchy Group Office two days per week, splitting her week between here and Inovo Projects our sister company. She oversees the office management, HR and finance, and assist with the administration processes of our design/build projects.

Previously working in an accountant’s office, mainly dealing with insolvency and liquation projects, this has given her a great insight into how to run processes and procedures to make a business run smoothly.

Outside of work you will catch her at the gym, skiing and socialising with her family.
