Richard has over 10 years’ experience in a variety of roles across the engineering and architectural field, in New Zealand, Australia and the Philippines. He has capability both in architectural design and documentation, and in design management and construction coordination on large, complex projects. Richard is particularly experienced working on construction sites developing practical, constructible design solutions, having taken key site-based roles for medium and large scale industrial and commercial projects. The breadth of his hands-on project experience has enabled him to develop skills in applying construction knowledge to the design process.

Richard believes in working closely and collaboratively with other design disciplines and project stakeholders during design, and construction managers and contractors throughout the build phase, to aid and support seamless and efficient project delivery.
