John has worked in the Construction Industry as a Quantity Surveyor for over 14 years. He has worked in the Main Contractor QS role, but also as a Consultant QS in his earlier career in Ireland & now current role as QS/PM. He specializes in leading projects from tender to completion stage covering all aspects of Financial & Project management and has delivered a wide range of projects in the Commercial, Industrial, Fit-out & Educational sectors. During his time in the Commercial sector he managed the Aranui Library Project which achieved Awards for Public & Sustainable Architecture in 2013. John was an integral part of the team that delivered the CBHS Caddick & Caldwell Blocks in 2021 that achieved an NZIA Canterbury Educational Architectural Award.
