The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Senior Architectural Interior Designer to contribute to our Commercial Interiors projects. The successful candidate will apply creative vision and technical expertise to Hospitality, Retail, and Commercial Office designs. This role requires strong project management skills and confidence in liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors.

You’ll take ownership of individual projects—managing them from concept through to completion—and, when required, mentor others on a project team for larger-scale projects. What We're Looking For

Experience and Expertise

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial Interiors
• Demonstrated competence in Hospitality, Retail, and Commercial Office Design.
• Strong technical competence and knowledge of NZ Building Code & Standards.

Software Proficiency

• Revit capability is essential.
• Desirable experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, and D5.

Professional Skills

• A creative flair and a passion for outstanding design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage projects and liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.
• An adaptable, agile mindset, with the ability to manage evolving project requirements and shifting priorities.
• An all-rounder - can competently deliver a project from Concept to Completion independently if required, but also able to lead a team on larger-scale projects.
