The efficiency of the Consent process can depend on many parameters.

The Consent process can take between 5 working days (exemption) up to 2 months or more for the application to be approved. With this stage we allow to, research local body authorities, Obtain a Certificate of Title, Obtain a copy of the lease and submit the consent. We act as the agent and answer all the questions, ultimately obtaining consent.
