04 DEVELOPED DESIGN PHASE
Based upon the approval of the concept this stage produces all the working plans with sufficient detail to enable a competitive tender. Preparation of Tender documents suitable for territorial authority. These include detail working drawings of the following; Site plan, Floor plan, Flooring plan, Electrical plan, Reflected Ceiling plan, Elevation, Joinery, Details and Specifications etc...
This also includes coordination with various consultants. The client will sign the drawings off to proceed to tender.
