03 PRELIMINARY DESIGN PHASE
The main design thought goes into this stage. We present to a photographic level. Most Mall lease agreements require this process also, Preparation of developed deisgn which will be presented with 3D conceptual visuals.
These rendered images will indicate proposed finishes, colours, branding etc. This presentation allows the client to visualize the design with a life-like finish.
